It’s been ten years since I’ve played Turok for the N64. The graphics for this game look phenomenal compared to the Turok on the N64. The first Turok for N64 was the first and only Turok I’ve ever played. It got boring extremely fast cause you had to search and search and search for all the missing pieces to gain access to the different levels. That was pretty typical behavior for a kid like me when it came to puzzle games. Although, this was not a puzzle game. It was an first person shooter. The cheats kept me in the game though. Especially the cheat that made all the enemies dance.

I know this game will be a heck of a lot better than the N64 version of Turok. The cover of the game looks really cool. It sort of has that dark feel to it. I thought the blood dripping from his knife was a nice addition.

There will be single player modes and multiplayer modes available for the Xbox 360 version and the PS3 version. I am not sure if there is multiplayer for the PC. The game summaries on Gamespot did not say anything.

The new Turok will be available for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC on February 5, 2008. Sharpen your knives, load and cock your rifles, cause you’re going to be fighting for your life.
