Tonight's musical extravaganza is guitarist extraordianaire, Cesar Huesca, and his tune I'm Not A Bluesman.
The title confuses and perplexes me, because the song is a blues piece. Who else but a bluesman would play the blues? All this thinking is making my head hurt. Enjoy the vid. Or else.

New Far Cry 2 Trailer May 7, 2008
Here it is, a new Far Cry 2 video. Man, out of all the cool stuff they have in this game, I hope they include the ability to create your own multiplayer maps. I rember how I had collected over 200 maps from Far Cry Instincsts Predator. That is part of the reason why I need a new memory card. Get some of the maps off my hard drive for space. Man, FCIP was the first Far Cry game I played and I really enjoyed it. I hated the story. The story sucked but the multiplayer was the bomb cause you could create your own maps cause that was cool.
Far Cry will be available for the PC, PS3, and Xbox 360. The release date hasn't been announced yet.

Grand Theft Auto IV Sets Record May 7, 2008
GTA IV set a new record, bringing in more than $500 million it's first week. $500 million? Most of us have, what, like half that?
From the article:
The amount surprised analysts which had expected initial sales of around $400 million. Take-Two said six million copies were sold in the first seven days. More than half that number - 3.6 million - were sold on the first day, the company announced.
By comparison, I found a nickel in the Wal-Mart parking lot today. A nickel! A shiny, shiny nickel!

Iron Man The Game Is "Clunky" May 7, 2008
I haven't had a chance to try out the new Iron Man video game, but The Baltimore Sun has and they give it two out of four stars. According to the article, the game starts out pretty cool, but becomes boring and repetitive.

The awkward control scheme ends up diminishing any joy of becoming an "Iron Man" who can rise more than 30 feet off the ground. In the heat of combat, Stark looks more like he's having a surface-to-air seizure than battling as a one-man army.
With Robert Downey Jr. and Gwyneth Paltrow starring in the film, it was obviously not a serious enterprise. Just more Hollywood being Hollywood. So, I'm not terribly surprised that the game is sub-par.
Whatever. Just play GTA IV instead.
