No, it's not a real sword. It's basically a fake one that you can buy from the sword seller True Swords. It changes colors when you hold it at a certain angle or are in a room with certain lighthing. In the article, the sword seller mentioned it was from, "the games" instead of Halo 3.

Class Action Lawsuit Brought Against EA For Spore DRM September 24, 2008
People are complaining about the DRM in Spore that they have now brought up a class action lawsuit against EA. First things first, you will lose the lawsuit. I have no faith in our judicial system today. The judges will fuck you over in favor of the corporations. I believe that the majority of the judges in this country used to be corporate lawyers. Well, they are all corporate lawyers on the Supreme Court. Also, how much money do you guys have? Not much? Well, get yourself a cheap lawyer and try and sue them. They will spend millions on the best lawyer money can buy and win the lawsuit.

Everything About Duke Nukem 3D Is Great Except The Horrible Lag September 24, 2008
Everything about Duke Nukem 3D is great except the lag. A majority of rooms I join to play online have people with at least one or two bars. I have never seen anybody with a green bar except for me when I host. I have rarely even seen any yellow bars. Everything about the game is great. There aren't any glitches. I haven't run into any so far. The sound is excellent. It sounds just like the PC version. Also, they kept in the adult humor. Thank God for that. The music is great. There is nothing like listening to some old fashioned Duke Nukem 3D tunes. If you are planning on playing online, be prepared to see lots of orange and red bars. That is what I've mostly seen so far. Hasn't ruined my XBLA experience yet.

Here Are The Gamerpic That Will Be Available For Duke Nukem 3D September 24, 2008
Here is a picture of the Gamerpics for the upcoming Duke Nukem 3D game. I read that you will have to unlock them by unlocking Achievements. Shouldn't be a problem. I can probably get all 12 Achievements if I dedicated almost all my time into getting them. All the Gamerpics kick ass.
