GTA IV Has Hit 10 Million Sales! September 4, 2008
Rockstar has announced that they have sold over 10 million copies as of August 16. Wow, for such a shitty game, I never thought this would happen. I played GTA IV for a month and never touched it again. My dad got it for his birthday. He hasn't beaten the story and only played for about two or three weeks. Then we got World Of Warcraft. From then on, I haven't even touched my console games. I'm too busy playing World Of Warcraft. Here are a few reasons why I think GTA IV sucks:
1. They took out all the activities. They replaced them with bowling, darts, getting drunk, etc. They took out the fire truck missions, taxi missions, pizza delivery missions, etc. They kept in the vigilante missions though.
2. Bad story. The story sucked. I played the game once through the story and that was it. I never played the story again.
3. Multiplayer. It was fun for a while. Then it just got repetitive and boring. They should have had more options.
4. Hardly any weapons. I think the game had around 18 or 19 weapons. San Andreas had around 20 or 30 I think. What the hell happened? Where's the chainsaw? Where's the samurai sword?
5. Ability to have sex with prostitutes. I played the game for a month and I've never seen any prostitutes anywhere. I've never fucked one prostitute in this game.
That's all I can think of.

7-11 Is Very Interested In Selling The Moneymakers September 4, 2008
7-11 is really interested in selling the moneymakers. I mean the great games. They are going to be selling games like WOTLK, Fallout 3, Guitar Hero: World Tour, Quantom of Solace, and Gears Of War 2. This company is pretty fucking desperate to be making some money. I guess people aren't buying their sluprees anymore. Also, that reminds me, they put a bunch of "gamer facts" on their damn slurpee cups. Here they are:
One out of ever two 7-Eleven customers own a gaming system.
Nearly 3,200 stores had considerable Madden sales the first week of the game's release.
More than 25 percent of Madden sales at 7-Elevens occurred between midnight and 1 a.m.
Wow. How did they get the last fact? I thought they just started selling games? Oh well, who gives a shit. Anything to make a buck these days. I will never buy anything from 7-11 again. Click here to read the article.

Wrath Of The Lich King Date/Price September 4, 2008
The release date for Wrath of the Lich King is on November 4, 2008 and will cost $40. Guess what? 7-11 is selling the games at midnight. Imagine lining up a 7-11, buy WOTLK and get a slurpee while you're at it. I think the reason why 7-11 now sells game is to boost sales. I don't know. It just seems a little odd for a small store like that where you go to buy GAS, SNACKS, and CANDY would be selling video games. Oh well, I'm not going to worry about that.
