Capcom Wins Dead Rising Lawsuit November 19, 2008
Capcom has won their lawsuit. The MKR Group which attacked the game, claiming it was too similar to the movie, Dawn of the Dead, has lost the lawsuit. I shit you not, this is why they lost the lawsuit. The reason the MKR Group lost was, Capcom submitted the synopses from Wikipedia. I think George A. Romero might have been a part of this group too.
