Military Wants To Use Wii Remote To Control Gadgets For Spying December 29, 2008
The military is in talks with Nintendo to use their Wii Remotes to control their gadgets that they use to spy on people. SatansLittleGamer is completely against this idea. Allow me to state why:
1. Response: The Wii Remote almost NEVER responds to any of my movement. This makes in unreliable.
2. Your Controller: What is wrong with the controller you use? To me, it seems like it's getting the job done. If your controller sucks, don't depend on Nintendo to make one for you. Make your own fucking controller you lazy bastards.
3. Motion senors: The Wii Remote only works when the motion sensor is exposed. If the motion sensor isn't exposed, then it wont' move thus, making your gadget useless.
4. Range: The Wii Remote probably will only work at a certain range. You would need to increase it dramatically and I don't think this would work with a small gadget like a Wii Remote.
That is all I can think of for now. Click here to read the article.
