Guitar Hero: Metallica April 3, 2009
Unless you live in another dimension populated with unicorns and wizards, you've probably heard about the sensational new Guitar Hero featuring Metallica. This post is my non-review of this game.
If I live to be a hundred years old I will never play this game. I will never purchase or rent this game. I will never allow this game into my house.
I used to be a huge Metallica fan. Loved the band. Bought their CD's, T-shirts, concert tickets and even their guitar tabs. That's right, I put my hard earned money into Metallica's pockets.
Then one day Metallica drummer, Lars Ulrich, appeared on my television telling me that if I had ever downloaded any Metallica songs from Napster that I was a thief, a low-life, a no-good scumbag who deserved to be sent to prison for "stealing" his music. That was the day I ceased to be a Metallica fan. It was also the day I vowed to never spend another cent on anything Metallica related.
Fuck Metallica and Fuck Lars Ulrich. Let me repeat that: Fuck Metallica and Fuck Lars Ulrich.
I heard the game allows you to play as Ulrich. Apparently, as Lars, you get to sit by your mansion's swimming pool, counting your millions of dollars, being waited on by your butler, your yard being tended to by your groundskeeper, servents polishing your luxury cars, while you rack up points for insulting your fans by calling them thieves and maggots, blaming them for your miserable life of poverty.
One more time for good luck: Fuck Metallica and Fuck Lars Ulrich.

Quake Live Beta Review April 3, 2009
Gameogre.com has a review-by-users dedicated to the new Quake Live beta. The total rating, at the moment, is 9.75 out of 10. Which sounds awesome, but then again, only four people have rated the game so far. If you've played the game you should make the jump and add your own review.
Either that or you can go back to downloading porn. Sicko.
