It contains, a lock, a key, a belt made of of some kind of wiring and 3 black brackets. The brackets hook onto the back where your fan is and basically you wear the damn thing around your waist. Is this thing worth the money? I'd say hell no! Come on! You'll get beat up and then if the guy has wire cutters, he'll cut the damn thing and there goes $30 you just pissed away on a shitty wire rope that does NOTHING! You can read more here.
